fw: Ho's commercial refs
        M-W Ho has continued her commercial practice of withholding references unless one pays her.  A colleague has obtained them from her; here they are.  The final one is particularly amusing.
        I add that my small circle of collaborators on DNA are extremely sceptical of her 'genetics in water' hypothesis.
