Yes, red-wings - females, males, juveniles - are frequent, annual  
visitors at our feeders.  We have a pond down below the house where  
they nest, and they spend a good part of the day foraging beneath our  
several feeders all spring/summer long, finding what I strew there  
and what other birds drop from the feeders above.  They were still  
here today.  Not unusual.
