I'm one of the Colchester users having the problem.  We have a mix of laptops and desktops, and the desktop users w/o wireless have the same issue.

Folks in our Colchester office can not get to web sites outside of UVM.  We did find that if they open a VPN connection, they then can go to the affected sites.  The Status Line says that there are no known issues....
