BIOS options happen before the PGP boot manager. You'll need to figure out how to get into the BIOS or a boot options menu. F12 works on most recent Dell laptops. I've also seen ESC on some other makes.

I have a laptop which is PGP encrypted. I would like to use LiteTouch
(64 bit) to install Windows 7 Enterprise, but I can't seem to get the
laptop to boot from the DVD or even get into the BIOS. What do I need
to do?
