A Dickcissel was the highlight of an extended morning of birding with
George Clark, Kent McFarland, and Ed Hack - traversing parts of Windsor
County until mid afternoon. The birding was slow at times, but a
fantastic grape crop yielded good action below the Simon Pearce building
at Windsor Industrial Park.

Windsor County has only 3 historical Dickcissel sightings in eBird, and
2 have been this fall (i.e., today's and Kyle Jones in Royalton on 27
Aug.). Go County Quest!
