Greetings, fellow Medlibbers- Is there a general statistic on the overall effectiveness of prescription drugs? What I'm looking for is "generally speaking, prescription medications are effective in XX% of people who try them." Also, effectiveness percentages for specific drugs would be helpful; if you know of such a resource please do share. Here is one I already located: http://www.ohsu.edu/xd/research/centers-institutes/evidence-based-policy -center/derp/index.cfm/ All help appreciated. There is no hurry on this.
