This is what I did: OGE has Dynafit Vertical ST bindings for $460 with 
brakes. They offer a 20% discount for members of the Catamount Trail 
Association (membership cost: $35). That brings the price down to $368 + 
$35= $403. With your $200 refund, you'd be paying around $200. It's not 
a giveaway, but $200 is less than $300.

FWIW, on their maiden voyage yesterday, I liked my Dynafits. It wasn't a 
torture test, but they're light and secure, which is a good combination.
