Good morning,

I'm not a BlackBerry user, but I was just going to send an email to the list about the trouble I've been having with my Droid Eris since the cut over.  Emails received since the webmail change aren't showing up in the inbox, although all other emails (including emails that I've moved to folders since the change over) are accessible.

I just tried deleting and re-adding the account, and the problem still exists.

Wondering if any of you have had email issues since the cut over of UVM’s webmail system?  (Realizing that most of you probably use the native blackberry email as opposed to the browser.)

The helpline has heard from a number of BB users with issues affecting the native clients as well.  Interested in hearing whether you use the native client or browser and how email is since the cut over?   The suggestion that has been given so far has been deleting the account and re-adding it.  We have not heard back from clients since this, which could be a very good thing...or not.

Any Problems?
