We use google apps directory sync to create all the users in GAE and sync
passwords from Active directory, so I don't have to maintain accounts in
two places. I have GADS set to only suspend, not delete, the accounts of
users who either disappear or are suspended in AD. So far we haven't had
to recover data from exited employee's accounts, but we can if we need to,
until I go to GAE and delete the accounts.
