At WCSU, I've been "suspending" the accounts of employees that are no longer working within our SU. So far there numbers have been very manageable.
I haven't yet, but I may create an "suspended" organization and move those users into the organization.

Hi School IT:Wondering how districts handle exiting employees and the web of Google Docs, Sites and Calendars that may be subject to disappearing when an the account of an exiting employee is deleted?Any interesting solutions or pro active processes that have been put in place anywhere?Thank you in advance for any insights!Amy T.
