One of the very best parts of this year's Cariboo adventure was snagging Valemount local food god, David, as our personal caterer/chef for the week.  Shown in front of some of our group at the Twin Peaks Lodge, David quickly whips up 15 ribeye steaks to perfection after we had enjoyed a hard, hard day of skiing the waist deep powder.
 
Life CAN be good. I likely gained five pounds despite the exertions of the day, as did everyone else on the group. This was the scene, like, at every meal.
