Last year EWB competed in the battle of the campus chefs, in which uvm clubs pair with one of the many chefs from campus dining service to create great food. The event is put on by campus kitchens as a fundraiser but it also gets our name out and is lots of fun. Last year we made a delicious chocolate mousse with a chef from Waterman Manor.
