Last night's maintenance didn't resolve the performance problems were experiencing, and IBM was re-engaged for further analysis. This morning around 8:05am a procedure was performed that has resolved our current issues, and we have been in a healthy stable state since then.

IBM has identified an issue with the code we are running, and there is a fix available. We will be applying that fix this evening between 9pm and midnight. During this time there may be some mild disruptions to services, however no extended outages are anticipated.
