Oh Larry, please look carefully at the URL.  www.microsoft.com.outlook.setup.bit.from-fl.com ??  

Phishing is like headlights on a car; if the thought even occurs to you that you might want to have them turned on, turn them on.

Likewise if the thought even occurs to you that something might be phishing, it is.
