WTF? The Bear Mountain Mogul Challenge is done?  That's the final nail in the coffin for Killington.  Like, that event is where Donna Weinbrecht got her start.  What a buncha' pathetic wastes and losers running that place nowadays - they just don't seem to care about skiing.  That event was BIG and about hard core skiing and partying which is what made people buy tickets and seasons passes.

Subject: [SKIVT-L] Improvised Kmart Mogul Challenge

Here's the emotionless, impartial version:

Kmart cancels Bear Mountain Mogul Challenge.permanently.
Kmart instead schedules Freestyle Frenzy.
Kmart cancels Freestyle Frenzy.

Saturday, a seemingly impromptu mogul competition took place on Superstar.  Apparently it wasn't that impromptu.
See:

for the thread.
It was a pretty good grassroots organizational effort.

Also, I skied with Mig on Friday, and I hope that he doesn't vow to never return.  Upper Skylark, Lower Bitersweet and Superstar.  All groomed.  Hmmmmmm.  Oh well.
