I ask if they want each page certified….10.00 per page….or if they want the document certified which is 10.00 for the certification, 1.00 copy charge for the other pages.

Thanks, Cassie.  Joyce, what do you charge?

I've been charging $10/page, but I had a call this morning from a bank saying that some Vermont clerks copy the whole document, only certify one page and charge $10???

Thanks,

Susan

Good Morning Clerks,

When you are asked to certify a mortgage, do you certify all pages or just one?

Thanks,

Susan in Newbury
