I forgot to mention that when the voter shows up to vote
on November 6, 2012 General Election Day, they will need to take the oath before
they can vote. Your entrance checklist workers can administer it to them or have
a copy handy and have them administer it to themselves. Make sure the entrance
checklist workers mark next to the voter’s name the date they took the oath, so
that you can enter it into HAVA.

17 yr olds voting
I thought you had to be 18 to take
the Freeman's Oath. If I am wrong please tell me. Do we just administer the oath
to the 17 year olds now? Just want to make sure I am adhering to the
law.
