For mass email I have read about people configuring POP or IMAP (mostly IMAP), and then import them into another gmail account or email client.

Bjorn,

What about copying e-mail itself? We have staff leaving (specifically a Principal) who wants to have all his e-mail transferred to either his home gmail account, or his new district if they use gmail.

Thanks,
Bryan

How to transfer Google documents for leaving students and teachers has come up a lot recently.   I just created these quick video's and accompanying podcast explaining the process.   Feel free to share.
