Exquisite hummingbird moth photos! thank you Norm.

Still a lot of newborns out back from the Canada Geese, Mallards, 
Mergansers, and Wood Ducks. There has also been a Caspian Tern appearing 
over the open water for the last few days. Two Great Blue Herons flew by but 
were chased off by smaller birds. 
 
But, my favorite this week has been the hummingbird moths feeding on a lilac 
in front of the house. Okay, it's not a bird, but if you watch it feed, it's 
obvious where it got its name.
