Thanks to all for your input. It looks like the best option for a list of this magnitude is going to be Micromedex/Drugdex. I'm dreading what the cost will be (they've not yet replied to my request for a quote yet).  Oy.

Subject: Off-Label Resources
 
We have a list of approximately 200 drugs and I'm trying to find an authoritative resource listing off-label uses.  I've found a handful of articles and have been able to extract the information for about 20 of them, but this doesn't seem very efficient. I realize this information isn't really available from the drug companies, or even the FDA, but I was hoping someone here might have a resource they could recommend.
