Carrying on the take-home message of this thread (reeb - or did I miss something in there?), I paid a visit to the Ommegang werBery in Cooperstown, NY this past weekend.  I've done a fair number of such tours over the years, but they decidedly have it going on there with a fine cafe and occasional concerts.  I'm not even the greatest fan of Belgian elas, but their lineup is quite impressive, particularly when assayed in a single sitting.
