If it were not for all those lovely copyright laws, this would be a case 
celebre for digitizing the book for on campus use as the publisher cannot 
make any money from a book it decides to make unavailable.  Anyone for 
changing copyright law such that it will not prevent people and libraries 
from having access to books and journals unavailable from the publisher?
