Mine came in a WHITE large mailing envelope. Not your standard brown manila envelope. So if you look through stuff hoping to get a glance of brown manila, you might miss it.

Subject: Overnight envelope
Since we did everything by email, we didn’t receive an overnight envelope for the Sec. of States office. Did anyone else, and is there a different address to mail to for overnight delivery?
