The Dean serves as AIS' chief administrative officer reporting to the 
Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs.  AIS seeks an 
innovative, energetic individual to provide dynamic and visionary 
leadership for information and instructional services and 
resources.  Responsibilities include providing leadership for 
library, computing, and instructional resources and services; budget 
management; personnel supervision, development, and evaluation; 
assessment; strategic planning; leadership for the integration of 
technology and digital resources in both classroom and distance 
learning environments; and serving as an advocate for AIS to the
