The first EWB Vermont meeting of 2013 is coming up this Sunday and I wanted to get you guys an agenda to review so you can show up with thoughts and ideas. Attached are three documents: First are the meeting notes from last month so you can review and make sure that you have taken care of any action items on your plate. Second is the meeting agenda for Sunday. Third is a summary of executive positions. As you might remember, we are having elections in February with the intention of the new executive team starting their term in the beginning of March. The current interm executive team are:

Daisy Vaughn - President
Nicole Mason - Vice President
Carrie McLaughlin - Secretary
Zach Henderson - Treasurer

Nicole will be leaving the state for about a year and will not be officially running for VP. So we will have at least one open position. If you are interested in running for any of these executive committee positions, you must be an active, due paying member of EWB USA. On Sunday we can discuss more what the responsibilities entail and the process for being elected. Please bear with us as we work our way through this process.

Also, I wanted to point out to everybody here that we have our website up. Nicole did a great job of putting out site together over the holidays. Please go check it out at www.ewb-vt.org. And pass it along to any friends or colleagues that you think might be interested.
