Despite the subzero temperatures, there were lots of birders looking today,
but the Common Pochard was nowhere to be found. Based on the license plates
of the parked cars, it appears birders from as far away as Delaware and
Pennsylvania made the trek up.

JoAnne Russo and I were there from 8:45 - 2:30.  Below are our highlights.

Lapland Longspur - 2 at a farm near DAR state park
Hoary Redpoll - 1 frosty male at a farm near DAR state park Digibinned
