Yup, Andy, great report.
Leigh, maybe not so much the Hollywood/Vegas parts, but your “one day, next day” and “just sayin’” vantage nailed it for me.

For me, there was a day of XC in the near-home trails with my then-young daughter that encapsualtes it all. I can still feel how, at the time, it felt like this could go on forever. And how soon it was distant, golden past.

Great report!

And yes, be sure you enjoy it while you can, Andy.

It seems like one day you are writing stories about how you are getting a kick out of watching your kids sledding in the back yard, and then it seems like the next day you are reading their Facebook page about how much fun they had last week when that group of Hollywood honchos they skied with flew a planeload of Vegas escorts up to the lodge they are managing...

...Not sayin' that actually happened to anyone I'm related to or anything, I'm just sayin'.....

......shrug...

Andy's TR gets the gold star! That was so fun to read. I love reading about kids having fun in the snow. It just warms my heart. And now that I no longer have the chance write my own, there's nothing better than reading others'.

Thanks, Andy. Lots of win, indeed.
