Put our nest boxes back up this morning.  Just now was bringing in the feeders when I spotted at swallow doing laps round the field!  I stood right underneath and was surprised to see it was a Barn Swallow.  They usually don't stop here.  Tree Swallows use all the boxes, generally ousting any Bluebirds that have the temerity to set up house in them.

Middle of the week a GBH flew leisurely south over my house, and a Red-shouldered Hawk circled the field, screaming all the while.
