Not live streaming, but I have a friend who does great stuff with the iTimeLapse iPhone app ($1.99)... perhaps recording "overnight activity" as time lapse is more practical than expecting people to tune in at just the right moment? Not many people watching live when that chick hatches at 3:00am...

Hello Listserve,

I've got a teacher that want's to stream the hatching and first week of life of some chickens that will be arriving soon.

I know and it's crazy simple to get up and running, but people have to watch 30 seconds of a commercial.  I'm thinking most folks won't stick around for a 30 second commercial to watch 15 seconds of chickens doing not much.  :)

Does anyone know of a similar service without as much advertising or a just plain better solution?  Should take nothing more than a netbook webcam and incur no expense if possible.

I'd love to embed the stream on my website, but realize this may be pushing free services.

Thanks for any help or suggestions!
