You must be one of the lucky ones!
Our experience was very satisfactory both with the website & Small Business support line.
We began the process late Tuesday (to avoid site traffic); made a call to the tech line yesterday which was returned in the promised 24 hour window; questions were answered & the process completed this morning.

Glad to hear it’s not just me… I didn’t realize they had a paper application, which I will do to bypass the frustration of inputting all the information for a third time. Thanks, Linda!

Is anyone else having any luck signing your town into the website? I can't fathom how many hours are being wasted across the state on this process. I've made 3 calls to tech support over the last two days for three different errors and the answer has been "try again later" - there is no such thing as technical support. I will try again tomorrow.
