Does the limitation occur with albums the teacher is trying to create right
now, has created in the past, or all of the above? Are there any albums
with different settings?
Our district has not enabled Google+ so it doesn't look like that is the
issue. I've checked around and it looks like this teacher's Picasa Web
setting are unique. She's the only one that seems to be limited to sharing
photos only within our domain. Every other teacher working within our
domain that I've checked with has the option to make their Picasa Web
albums "Public on the Web."
