Dear List,

I’m caught in the Apple loop and need some help. I have an iTunes account that is wanting the security questions I put on it way back when. Of course I can’t remember them, so I went to the Apple ID site, logged in and then told it to email me to reset questions. However, I never get an email from Apple. I have several  “rescue” accounts (verified) that don’t get the email either. Anybody got any ideas? Or at least a phone number I can call to get some help?
