Follet's Destiny – vendor hosted. If there are no connectivity issues – vendor hosted is not much more than locally. As said – other than scheduled maint – no downtime of any significance. There are two options: locally hosted and vendor hosted. Here at Stowe we switched to vendor hosted last year and have been very happy with no downtime, except for 24 hour weekend software upgrades that happen a couple times a year.
