Caucasian male with a darker complexion, clean shaven, short but 
"scruffy" dark brown hair, brown eyes, 5'11" - 6'1" in height, thin 
build, approximate age: early 20s. The subject was last seen wearing 
tight tan khaki pants, a blue sweater, and a pressed collared white 
button down shirt with the collar and cuffs exposed.

*SUMMARY: *UVM Police is currently investigating several incidents 
involving thefts from UVM buildings.A composite picture of the suspect 
is attached below.Anyone with information regarding the UVM burglary 
and/or larcenies, please contact UVM Police at 1-802-656-3473.

Purses, cash, cell phones and laptops have been taken from unlocked and 
unoccupied offices. A witness found the above described male in an 
office rifling through belongings.

The Police need your assistance in solving these crimes. Police Services 
wishes to remind the community that if you /"see something"/ suspicious 
(suspicious behavior) or concerning behavior or someone seems out of 
place in a non-public space ask them if you can help and /"say 
something" /by calling Police Services immediately.Police Services needs 
to hear from you and will either provide guidance or response.
