Re: Benjamin J. Mohla
It is with great sadness that we inform the
University community that Benjamin Mohla
from Wakefield, MA, a senior in the
Rubenstein School of Environment and Natural
Resources, passed away Saturday afternoon,
November 23, 2013 due to an automobile
accident in Randolph, VT.
We extend our deepest condolences to Ben’s
family. Our sincere thoughts of care and
sympathy are also extended to Ben’s friends
and to faculty and staff who were close to
him. Ben was majoring in Environmental
Sciences and was a Production Assistant for
Conference and Events Services. He was also
an active leader in the “Living Place Design
Competition,” a collaboration between the
Greenhouse Residential Learning Community
Program and the Rubenstein School.
Information about campus and/or family
services will follow as it becomes
available.
As is the case when any member of
our community passes away, we are bound to
feel a profound sense of loss, and
reactions are felt in a variety of ways.
