At Shelburne Bay yesterday late-morning there were seven Wilson's Snipe on the shore opposite the parking lot ... two individual birds lounging separately among drift wood and five actively foraging together further toward the bay. Five Killdeer were working the shoreline flats to the east. Two Gadwall were seen with Mallards.
