For those working with iPads, the free Touchcast app has green screen functionality - and embedded vApps = video apps to embed interactive web elements like live twitter feeds, web links you can explore while watching the video (picture in picture), polls with automatic response and more.  Company blog says web-based version is coming soon...  And did I mention free?
