We've just begun our own green screen adventures: thanks again for the resources! Needing portability, we purchased one of the 3-light ePhoto kits from Amazon (good suggestion re: the need for good lighting.) The challenging step was to find a free and easily accessible method on the Windows platform... sadly the .xml script for Moviemaker that circulated a while back doesn't work in Moviemaker Live (APIs are not open?) and the older versions of WMM are cumbersome and don't support native QuickTime footage from iPhones. After sifting through a few freebies I landed on MoviePuls Starter Edition, which has a low learning curve and a very flexible Chroma Key effect.Eric HallTechnology Integration SpecialistMount Mansfield Union High SchoolChittenden East SUNo trees were injured in the creation of this message, but a significant number of electrons were inconvenienced. On Tue, Dec 3, 2013 at 9:19 PM, Linda McSweeney <[log in to unmask]> wrote:For those of you from the Central Region who attended the Green Screen session--a quick update...iMove '13 is very different than the 2011 version, but here's a YouTube tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kI6ZGt6UMikI updated the Green Screen Resources page that was shared at Vita-Learn Central to include the iMove '13 tutorial.Linda--Linda McSweeney, LibrarianStowe Middle/High School413 Barrows Rd.Stowe, VT 05672“The only thing that you absolutely have to know, is the location of the library.”
