Along a six mile stretch of Route 125 and Lake Street in western Bridport Ron Payne and I located two White-crowned Sparrows (adult male and immature together), two Northern Mockingbirds (at the two traditional over-wintering locations) and these raptors: Rough-legged Hawk --- 12 Red-tailed Hawk --- 3 Northern Harrier --- 1 American Kestrel --- 1 At Champlainside Farm, today's count of the flock of Brown-headed Cowbirds was 390 individuals.
