Found a snowy owl at noon today near Addison 4 corners.  It's up Otter Creek Road, off of Rt. 17, directly
north of Snake Mountain.  The bird was sitting in a field 1.7 miles up from Rt. 17, about 500 yards west
of Otter Creek Rd.
