We were having the same issue this morning, but the problem has been resolved. We didn't change anything, but I had sent a help message to NLM LinkOut staff.

We had the same experience. Try changing the web address in your hyperlinks
to:*your library id * This change worked for us, but in all honesty I'm not sure why.
