You may have just entered the Stowe ByPass, a feedback loop centered around Smuggler's Notch, vaguely akin to the Sargasso Sea.

An Evolution Card is just their RFID cahd, and costs $5. But *I think* you have to be in the flesh to buy it. Once you've got in hand, then you can rechahge it online.

>Indeed. But to give Stowe the benefit of reality here, you can ski there through this Sunday the 15th for $52/day for an adult. For a Saturday, that's a pretty good deal for Stowe.
