Male Cardinal singing here in Stowe this am (Wednesday).  Was -15F early this morning, but was a bit warmer when he started.  Usually I first hear them in February in these parts.  
Titmice also calling.
I’ve been hearing chickadees doing their “phoebe” call since December.
