Sorry, but I think you need to talk to Dr. Michelle Ferrari or Benni
Raich's doc for the quick recovery tips, not me. The sad truth is, *if*
it's a serous knee injury--and we're obviously all hoping it isn't--unless
you're a pro athlete with a solid doping program, there's no such thing as
a quick recovery.

If it's a minor injury, I can offer quick recovery tips: RICE & regular
doses of cold, dry initrams.
