Sorry, but I think you need to talk to Dr. Michelle Ferrari or Benni Raich's doc for the quick recovery tips, not me. The sad truth is, *if* it's a serous knee injury--and we're obviously all hoping it isn't--unless you're a pro athlete with a solid doping program, there's no such thing as a quick recovery.

If it's a minor injury, I can offer quick recovery tips: RICE & regular doses of cold, dry initrams.

Two minutes later, last bit of Catamount at 4-way intersection just above top of LA. Trail narrows, ice to right small rocks to left, attempting to miss both and save skis, got join too fast lost control, ditched it in backwards twisting fall. Finished run and foolishly tried another, you know, to see if I could. Nope.  Now won’t bear weight if knee is flexed. Seeing a guy Thursday at friendly local knee clinic. Wish me well.
