More Giant Swallowtails are appearing in Bennington County. 

I saw one yesterday in Bennington in a field at the base of MT Anthony. Also a friend had one in her yard in North Bennington. 

The Canadian Tiger Swallowtails are flying in fair numbers on the Dirt roads, in Woodford, Glastenbury and Somerset. 

Today I hit the mother load of Arctic Skippers , on a Forest Service Road in Glastenbury: I counted 49, puddling and perching along the road. 

I paid the price ... the Deerflies are also out and hungry!
