A first time experience for me, purchased a spiffy new Plantronics m-50 Bluetooth headset for my cell phone from Amazon. The device did not seem to perform, called Plantronics tech support the mystery deepened when key markings were missing from the headset. After the tech questioned me repeatedly, I mailed them a photo it became clear that Amazon had sold me a counterfeit headset, and a DOA one at that. I'm returning for a refund meanwhile Plantronics has some serious questions for Amazon who very clearly represented the products as being genuine.
