Thanks Elizabeth and Eric.  Anyone else using the aggressive spam filter and have an opinion?  In the Admin console, there are not multiple settings...just on/off.  I'm wondering how aggressive it is.

thanks,
Luis

Hi List,
Sorry if this has come up before.  I did a quick search and couldn't find anything.

We're a GAfE school and I've had a few students report lately that they are getting much inappropriate spam.  Most of it ends up in the spam folder but due to the nature of the spam, they even feel uncomfortable occasionally deleting their spam folders.

Any tips or solutions for reducing or eliminating the amount of spam students get?  Or perhaps this is just an important teachable moment.
(or both).

thanks,
Luis
