Thank you for bringing up this topic. Yes, there are several free tools
that you could use in the Chrome Web Store as Audrey noted. (Not everyone
is an iPad school) I'd also suggest looking at Diigo Social Bookmarking
tool https://www.diigo.com/, it allows you to create groups for sharing
resources/links, an extension to highlight, annotate, take screenshots,
etc...
