Thanks for the reply, I'm looking for something that a 6th grader can grab
on the spur of the moment and setup for a quick interview.  Using
soundboards and multiple devices that then have to be mixed together again
in post is not really a possibility.

This is the closest thing that I have found, but it has only one audio input
