Maybe RNESU needs a "tech support" position rather than a "tech
integration" position (hence the 65/35 breakout).  Moreover, I would argue
that "Windows Server 2008/2012, Window 7/8 desktops/laptops, Windows AD
networking, and supporting mobile technologies. Experience with Linux
servers and VMWare a plus" is more than just "simply knowing how to setup
and use devices and apps."  Sounds more like a network/systems admin
position.
